Services for Construction Companies

Our Role for Companies

Our experience and acquired know-how allow us to consider ourselves wood specialists across the entire supply chain: from the forest to the sawmill, from production to the finished building.

Our Working Method

Our method comes from years of experience, continuous study of materials, and the awareness that innovation and construction technology must come together in a virtuous process serving construction companies.

We propose and share appropriate technical solutions with our clients and partner companies. We work to provide fast answers, engineer timber systems, and define the required processing and construction details.

Phase 1

Request Analysis — Cost Estimation — Response

Every request is carefully analyzed to assess feasibility, estimate costs, and define delivery times. We prepare detailed quotes quickly, according to the client’s specific needs.

Phase 2

Engineering and Design

Our technical department develops, engineers, and processes design solutions by combining construction materials and producing detailed elements with executive assembly instructions.

We rely on the knowledge and human capital of some of the most qualified national and international manufacturers.

Phase 3

Sustainability and Living Wellbeing

A Way of Living

For Tecla, the future must be sustainable. It must be environmentally responsible and focused on the study and research of high-quality, renewable, and recyclable materials. Our goal is to create homes designed to use energy efficiently, respect the world we live in, and make the sun the central source of energy.

Key points:

  • Wooden buildings, combined with natural insulation materials, provide excellent thermal insulation and help significantly reduce CO2 emissions.
  • Wood has a direct impact on quality of life, especially in terms of physical and psychological wellbeing.
  • Wood is a material that “breathes”, helping regulate humidity and improve indoor air quality.

Safety

"Protect what matters most: your loved ones, your family."

The safety of the home and family is an absolute priority. Wood has long been considered one of the most suitable materials for buildings, including those located in seismic-risk areas.

The four pillars of safety:

  • Lightness: Wood helps absorb seismic waves acting on the structure, as the forces generated are directly proportional to the mass of the building.
  • Mechanical strength: Despite being lightweight, wood has high mechanical resistance and can withstand significant stress without causing damage.
  • Elasticity: Wood is an elastic material, capable of deforming without breaking, reducing risk compared with more rigid materials.
  • Energy dissipation: Mechanical connections such as plates, screws, and bolts help distribute and absorb the force of seismic waves, reducing the risk of collapse.

Cost and Deadline Reliability

"Plan Your Future"

Wooden buildings allow for very short site management and assembly times. Our structure enables us to define costs accurately through detailed estimates, carefully built around every part of the project and aligned with the required technical and economic needs.

Customization

"Free to Choose"

Our technicians provide full support for aesthetic and architectural decisions, working in line with your designer’s vision. From dedicated systems for wooden structures to the development of an integrated executive project, we help turn the design into a complete construction solution.

The construction system allows us to design and build every type of home with a high level of customization, respecting personal tastes, practical needs, the surrounding context, and local architectural traditions.

You will be able to choose your internal finishes with the support of our consultants, through a personalized process designed to meet your expectations as closely as possible: windows, internal doors, flooring, wall coverings, sanitary ware, taps, and more.

Innovation

"Always One Step Ahead"

For TECLA, innovation, research, and development are principles we have pursued for years through continuous study and constant attention to materials and products.

This approach leads to an ongoing process of improvement, introducing new solutions that generate real value in what we build. “Innovate or die” is a guiding principle often associated with thinking beyond conventional schemes in order to adapt to the market.

TECLA is one of the few companies that, by believing in its own structures and construction quality, carries out Blower Door Tests and recommends Wood Control systems for its homes.

BLOWER-DOOR TEST: A test used to verify the air permeability of a building envelope.
Wood Control: A system that monitors the humidity of wooden structures over time through smartphone-managed sensors.

Innovazione

Sicurezza
